ID.3 not fully functional with Ohme App/Epod
My ID.3 works perfectly with the VW App, i.e. range is shown correctly etc. but with the Ohme app I can only add a certain %. The Charge To function does not work and the range shown on the Ohme app is always 0. It used to work but I have given up trying to persuade Ohme to fix it. Anyone with a solution?
It may be that you just need to log out and in to the Ohme app.
Or Ohme might have lost access to the VW API, there was an issue recently where this happened for a lot of people's Octopus accounts because of some new VW privacy thing. You can fix this by going to myvolkswagen.com, logging in and providing the requested consents. You then bizarrely need to change your country in your account profile (to anything non UK), log out and back in, do the consents again, then change back to UK, log out and back in again, do the consents again. Then the issue should be cleared. You might possibly need to log out of Ohme and re add your car.

ID.3 Family Pro Performance (Jan 22). Also an ID.4 Max. Ohme Home Pro charger.
That does make some sense! I will try it. I used to be able to connect to the VW app with our E-Up but only if it was configured as German! Currently I cannot do that - unfortunately I removed it from the app to add to my wife's phone. All a bit ridiculous really.
I tried all that, signed back in to Ohme and same result as before! Ohme reports battery as 0%. I suspect that Ohme is the problem as the VW app works perfectly.sidehaas wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2025 9:51 pm It may be that you just need to log out and in to the Ohme app.
