Just had an update:

We are pleased to inform you that your vehicle has arrived at UK Port and has been released for delivery to the retailer

It might actually move soon!

Great news for you both. It was after that update that I called them and they arranged delivery - I never heard anything from NHS Fleet Solutions so maybe don't wait around fir them to contact you.

I rang on Thursday and they said it was at the garage awaiting pre delivery inspection and that I should hear at the start of this week. Will probably give them another call tomorrow afternoon if no update.

Mine is being delivered next Wednesday. I got a text asking me to call them to arrange delivery.

Anyone know how bad the port wait times are now. Mines been at Tyne for 6 weeks now :(

Seems a great shame no one replied it was at one time lack of transport whether that is still the case i don’t know things have changed a lot from a couple of years ago i wish good luck and enjoy the car when it arrives

I don't know about wait at the port yet but I was hoping for a quick turnaround. My car left the factory last week and was on a boat within a couple of days. Should have hit the UK yesterday hopefully but waiting on confirmation of this.
