Hot air on passenger side

Bit of a strange one that I’ve had on multiple occasions…
At the start of a journey, occasionally the passenger side blowers will pump out hot air even though the AC could be set at 16 degrees. If I stop, lock the car and start the journey again everything goes back to normal.
I thought it was when I had departure air conditioning set but even with all of that turned off it still happens.
Anyone else had this issue?
