How many seats ID.3 Tour Pro S 77kWh (Oct '22 build) ?

I'm usually quite sharp but have to admit I'm confused about this.

If I understand it correct the first 2021 MY ones with the 77kWh battery were only 4 seats.

This "may" have been changed though for 2022 MY and switched to 3 seats in the rear so 5 seats.

All UK Tours are 4 seats only. it is deemed a weight issue so a 5th person is not allowed. in Ireland and Germany they offer a Tour that is missing lots of kit so the weight is less and they can therefore fit the 5th seat again.
