Hello all
Love my Id3 which Ive had for about 2 months now. Had 3.2 update done at the dealership 2 weeks ago . Since then the car notifies me that there is a software update available for download , I proceed to download and it adds the “ID Software” and “shop” tiles. All good.
Apart from when I start the car the next day, thoses tiles are removed and another software update is available, so same thing happens again. Im worried that tge car is downloading a new software but for whatever reason does nit install properly, does anyone have any advice?

Confused after 3.2 update
Have you checked that you are on 3.2? Like many people, our dealership update was actually to 3.0. The updates to 3.1 and 3.2 had to be requested manually - I think they would only kick off if the car was parked AND had good signal. Try poking a different set of buttons in response to the notification - their names can be unhelpful!!!
