I have received the following reply.

In summary.. it’s broken and you must upgrade the software on your car. Mine is booked in for Jan 2025.

We've lost the range in the app too (got the app on 2 phones and both doing the same). Was working fine last week, ours is running 3.2 and has been for a while.

Range numbers are back! They’ve fixed what they had broken.
