location data gone and only 2k charging

location data has gone- car and app- and car is only charging at 2kw - had to reconnect app to car. Have unchecked reduced speed charging to no effect in settings
Any one else having same?

ok now -another id3 hour fault-second one this week- if I can find alternative to fit in garage will look at changing before extended warrantee runs out

Have you checked that reduced AC charging is turned off in the app as well as the car? Might be worth checking both the main settings menu in the app and the home location setting in the app [departure times-->(name of charging location)-->(settings cog top right)].
If location has gone, the car might not be properly detecting where it is, therefore might not be applying the correct settings.
Also check it isn't grit in the charging plug/port

Yes I did everything , the location settings in the car temporarily said" not yet available" (same as before the update to 3.4). The home location parts on the app disappeared as well. I charged at tescos and toggled the reduced ac buttons in the car and on the app all to no avail.

A few hours later all fine again. I had a temp fault with heating and heated seat spontaneously staying on the day before so am getting a little irritated especially as agile was negative yesterday afternoon!
