Self Parking Fail

Hi all

I use the memory parking and have done for some time.

BUT my last two attempts have failed and when I try to drive the car manually, the brakes are applied and I can not drive anywhere.

However, a quick turn it off/on and the car is fine to drive.

Anyone else use the memory parking and having issues?
